The trainer will monitor and give feedback on learner progress against defined performance standards, but is not expected to perform the role of a registered assessor who assesses against registered standards Specific Outcomes and Assessment Criteria: The structure of the training plan is established in co-operation with relevant stakeholders and experts.
Opportunities are provided for the learner to contribute to and enquire about the process. The sessions contribute towards the principle of life-long learning within a positive learning environment. The learner is directed towards helpful resources as required to promote understanding and learning transfer.
Where necessary, modifications are made to the training approach to ensure the learner's needs are addressed. Where required, feedback helps the learner to identify weaknesses and determine steps to address such weaknesses.
